NEET 2020 is a single tier medical entrance exam in India. It is necessary to appear and qualify NEET in order to be acceptable for admission to MBBS/BDS. All medical and dental colleges in India that are recognized by MCI/DCI offer admission only on the basis of NEET score. AIIMS and JIPMER also conducts separate examination for respective institutes.
National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) – 2020 on 13th Sep, 2020; and 12th pass and appearing students are eligible. NTA is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and for providing an “All India Rank merit list” to the Directorate General Health Service, Government of India for the conduct of counselling for 15% All India Quota Seats and for supplying the result to States/other Counselling Authorities.
